1. Introduction
This Refund Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) shall govern the relationship between Paxform Pty Ltd, a NSW based proprietary limited company, having its registered office address at Level 2, 11 York Street, Sydney, NSW 2000, Australia (hereinafter referred to the “Company” or “Paxform” or “us” or “our” or “we”) and you (hereinafter referred to “you” or “your” or “user(s)”) when you make any purchases on our mobile application, namely, ‘Paxform’, as available on Apple App Store and Google Play Store (hereinafter referred to as the “App” or “Platform”).
Please read this Policy carefully, as it forms a binding agreement between you and Paxform. This Policy shall be read in conjunction with our User Agreement and Privacy Policy statement.
2. Acceptance of this Policy
We By purchasing any of our subscription plans on our Android or iOS App, or by clicking on a button or taking similar action to signify your affirmative acceptance of this Policy, you hereby represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy, our User Agreement, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines and Cookie Policy and any future updates and additions to these policies, as published from time to time on the App, our website or as otherwise may be communicated to you.
3. Service Description
We use our best endeavor to provide an accurate and materially complete description of all the services, subscription, and its features. However, we do not warrant that such description will always be accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. We reserve the right to bring new features, and/or take out certain features of our services at any time at our sole discretion.
4. Pricing Disclaimer
We endeavor to provide accurate and up-to-date pricing information with respect to the services and subscriptions. We reserve the right to modify and update the prices of our subscriptions plans at any time at our sole discretion. However, the subscription that you purchase at a certain price shall hold good for you until the expiry or renewal of the duration of such subscription.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Your Paxform plan subscription purchases cannot be canceled and no refunds can be availed for the same. However, you may still be entitled to a refund depending on the policies of the store that you purchased the subscription from.
APPLE APP STORE
Apple does not allow us to issue refunds on behalf of users. If you made a purchase using your Apple ID, refunds are handled by Apple, not Paxform.
So, if you have purchased the subscription through Apple in-app purchases, you will need to contact Apple customer support directly for a refund. According to Apple, certain purchases from the App Store might be eligible for a refund. Refund eligibility on Apple might vary by country or region. See the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions for details.
Process of Refund
As per Apple, you can use any device with a web browser to request a refund. The process is as follows:
- Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Tap or click “I’d like to,” then choose “Request a refund.”
- Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
- Choose the app, subscription, or other item, then choose Submit. If you were charged for a subscription that you no longer want, you can also cancel the subscription
Why am I unable to request a refund on reportaproblem.apple.com?
- If the charge is pending, you can’t request a refund yet. After the charge goes through, try to request a refund again.
- If you have an unpaid order, you need to pay for that order before you request a refund. You might need to update your payment information. To do this, visit Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods.
- If you don’t know why you were charged, review your family members’ purchases. If you’re the family organizer, tap or click the Apple ID button, then choose All. Purchases charged to your shared payment method appear.

You can check the status of your refund by visiting Check the status of a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple.
GOOGLE PLAY STORE
If you have purchased a subscription on an Android device using Google Play Store in-app purchases, then the following refund policy shall apply to you.
Refund Policy
- If it’s been less than 48 hours since you bought an app or made an in-app purchase, you may be eligible to get a refund, subject to the approval of Google. You can request a refund by visiting Request your Google Play refund.
- If you find a Google Play purchase on your card or other payment method that you didn’t make and that wasn’t made by anyone you know, report unauthorized charges within 120 days of the transaction by visiting Report charges you don’t recognize.
- You can apply for a refund once. If you buy the Paxform subscription again, you can’t get a refund.
- If a refund is issued, you’ll lose access to the subscription immediately.
- All refunds under this Section are subject to the approval of Google. Paxform has no say in this respect.
Refund Policy applicable to Subscribers residing in the EU or European Economic Area
- For subscribers residing in the EU or European Economic Area – in accordance with local law, you are entitled to a full refund without stating the reason during the 14 days after the subscription begins. Please note that this 14-day period commences when the subscription starts.
- You can request a refund by visiting Request a refund on Google Play.
- If a refund is issued, you’ll lose access to the subscription immediately.
Refund Policy applicable to Subscribers residing in the Republic of Korea
- For subscribers residing in the Republic of Korea – in accordance with local law, you are entitled to a full refund during the 7 days following the purchase. Please note that this 7-day period commences upon the purchase of subscription.
- You can request a refund by visiting Request a refund on Google Play.
- If a refund is issued, you’ll lose access to the subscription immediately.
Refund Policy applicable to Subscribers residing in the State of California
- For subscribers residing in the State of California (USA) – in accordance with local law, you may cancel your subscription and request a refund at any time prior to midnight of the 3rd business day following the date you subscribed.
- You can request a refund by visiting Request a refund on Google Play.
- If a refund is issued, you’ll lose access to the subscription immediately.
6. Reservation of Rights
Without limiting the foregoing, Paxform reserves the right to: (i) revoke any stated offers; (ii) correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omission; and (iii) make changes to prices, content, promotion offers, service/membership descriptions or specifications, or other information without obligation to issue any notice of such changes.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
In case of any claims, disputes or controversies arising out of or in relation to the services that you avail from the App, or this Policy, the same shall be dealt with as per the Governing Law and Dispute Resolution mechanism as mentioned in the User Agreement.
8. Updates to this Policy
We may add to or change or update this Refund Policy at any time, from time to time, entirely at our own discretion, with or without any prior written notice. You are responsible for checking this Policy periodically. Your use of the App after any amendments to this Policy shall constitute your acceptance to such amendments.
